Colonial

This Colonial home had great bones and classic New England character but lacked personality. We collaborated with a young family to renovate and furnish the home to suit their lifestyle. The living room was designed to seat up to 14 people during large family gatherings and game nights. We turned a very dark, wood-paneled den into a home office that also serves as a lounge after dinner. The original primary suite had a tiny bathroom and closet; we reconfigured the spaces to allow for a large walk-in shower and built custom closets that blend into the home's architecture. The result is a warm, layered retreat filled with color and texture.
